  • What are the services you offer?

    We are a full service Real Estate and Property Management Brokerage. We can help you buy, sell or rent Residential or Commercial property. We offer Property Management services for Single and Multi-Family Residential, Condos, High Rise, Urban or Rural property, Commercial buildings and centers, as well as Asset and Portfolio management.

  • What do you charge for services?

    Our fees vary based on the project scope and number of properties. Contact one of our property managers for a detailed review and fee estimate.

  • Do you handle paying bills for recurring property expenses?

    Yes, we do offer recurring bill payment services. As an example, we can pay recurring utilities, HOA dues, taxes, and maintenance vouchers.

  • When can I expect to get paid?

    Owner payments are processed on the 10th and 26th of every month, or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday. Your direct deposit funds should post to your bank account on the next business day following processing. 

  • How do I get record of accounting?

    Owner packets are generated whenever an owner payment is processed. The owner packets post directly to your online Owner Portal for viewing 24/7. The packets contain the most recent statement of accounting along with any invoices that were paid out on your behalf.
